Always related to a Deal, a Submission is a record in MCA Suite tracking the user sending the Deal to a funder to review for a merchant cash advance. In order for a Deal to have a submission record, it must be in the Application Stage.
Each Deal can have multiple submissions as Deals are often sent to multiple funders to review. Each Submission record (i.e., to a funder) could have multiple statuses and offers.
When there is a Submission associated/created in a Deal, the Deal will appear in the Applications > Apps with Submissions Sub-Stage illustrated below:
When there is a Submission associated/created in a Deal has an Offer from a funder, the Deal will appear in the Applications > Apps with Offers Sub-Stage illustrated below:
