What are Deal Statuses?

Deal Statuses are user defined statuses to be associated with the Deal at different stages. Deal Statuses are used to provide users the ability to designate the Deal's status within each stage of the merchant cash advance process.

By default, MCA Suite provides users the following Deal Statuses associated with each Deal Stage. Users can change the Deal Statuses or add to the list below:

Deal Stages	Deal Statuses	Description
Leads	New	The lead that has been recently added.
	Attempted Contact	You made an attempt to contact the lead.
	In Contact	You have exchanged messages with the lead.
	Sent Application	Application has been sent to a lead to be completed.
Applications	Received Application	When the lead has returned the signed application.
	Collecting Documents	You collecting legal documents from the lead.
	Ready to Submit	You have collected all required documents and the application is ready to be submitted to funder(s).
Application with Submissions	Submitted	You have submitted the application to funder(s).
	Rejected by Funder	Funder rejected the applicant.
	Additional Stipulations	Funder requesting additional information.
Application with Offers	Offer Received	Funder provided the applicant with offer(s).
	Presented to Merchant	You have presented the offer(s) to the merchant.
	Accepted by Merchant	Merchant has accepted an offer.
	Rejected by Merchant	Merchant has rejected the offer.
	Rescinded by Funder	Funder rescinded an offer made to a merchant.
	Waiting for Signed Docs	You are waiting for the merchant to return signed documents to complete the MCA process.
Funded	Newly Funded	Merchant has just been funded.
	Paying On Time	Merchant is repaying the MCA on time.
	Paying Late	Merchant is late repaying the MCA.
	Ready for Refinance	Merchant is ready to be refinanced.
Declined	Unable To Contact	Cannot connect with the Lead.
	Bad Data	Inaccurate data provided.
	Do Not Call	Lead wants to be in the DNC list.
	Unqualified - Bad Credit	Merchant does not qualify due to bad credit.
	Unqualified - Industry	Merchant does not qualify due to funders not funding the specific industry.
	Unqualified - Years in Biz	Merchant does not qualify due to the number of years in business.
