What Is New in MCA Suite v2?

MCA Suite v2 includes major upgrades for Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Brokers and ISOs. MCA Suite v2's improvements include enhancements to the user interface to improve productivity, and modernized technology with open APIs to interchange data and automate workflow. 

For those clients who are familiar with MCA Suite, here are some of the improvements you will see in MCA Suite v2:

1.  Deals in the MCA Suite tab are now divided by Deal Stages to improve organization of data;

2.  The Deal Details page includes additional information and evolves as the Deal moves from "Lead" to "Funded";

3.  Clients can continue to have customized statuses but statuses are now tied to Deal Stages;

4.  The Deal Details page allows Clients to push Merchants from "Lead" to "Funded," and dispositions are also accurately captured;

5.  All correspondence between Clients and Merchants is captured and stored as a part of the Deal.

On the Deal list page, you will easily find:

6.  Quick filters to view Deals in the Application Stage, Deals that have submissions and Deals with offers;

7.  Deals that have received emails from Merchants or Funders;

8.  Deal status can be customized and color coded;

9.  Name of the Deal  under the Merchant Company Name. 

In additional, MCA Suite v2 has artificial intelligence (AI) to help match merchants with funders based on submission guidelines set by each funder and calculate a funded deal's repayment schedule to help remind you to reconnect with the merchant for a renewal.
