How Do I Create a Funder for Email Submission?

A Funder is a Contact with a Contact Type = Funder in MCA Suite. 


To create a Funder, locate and click on the Contacts icon on the left menu: 




The next page will display a listing of Contacts broken up into Company and People. To create a Funder, click on the the Company icon on the right of the page:



A slide-out will appear where you can enter the Funder's details. MCA Suite only requires the following fields: 


  1. Name (legal name of the funder);
  2. Type (contact type should =  Funder);
  3. Submission Email, ie the Funder's designated email address to receive all submissions from brokers/ISOs. You can enter multiple emails separated by a comma. For example:  abc@funder1.com, xyz@funder1.com;
  4. A unique password in the "Submission Link Password" field if you wish to email submissions with a link for Funders to access the files. You will need to share the password with the Funder offline for them to access the link.
