The Role of an Agent has the following restrictions in MCA Suite:

For Deals in the Lead, Applications, Declined stages, Agents can move a deal across the stages (convert a lead to applications and declining the deal), create notes and tasks, upload files and correspondence with the merchants. Agents cannot:

  1. Delete deals (regardless of stages)
  2. Delete notes
  3. Remove files/attachments

Agents can view Submissions and Offers (when the Application has been submitted to funders) within a Deal, but cannot:

  1. Create, edit or remove submissions (send or manually record deals to funder)
  2. Create, edit or remove offers
  3. Send emails to funders
  4. Select an offer to convert a deal to be funded

When a Deal is in a Declined stage, the Agent can only it if it has access to it.

Agents will not have access to the following pages:

  1. Contacts
  2. Settings

Below is a screenshot of what an Agent could see and do in MCA Suite.
