How Do I Cancel My Subscription Plan?

Are you sure you want to cancel your services?  If so, the MCA Suite team will be sorry to see you leave!

Before you cancel your subscription services, please make note of the following: 

1. If you have paid for the month, you will still have access to your data until the end of the billing cycle. For example, if today is October 3, 2024 and your next payment is due on October 17, 2024, you will have access to all your services and data until October 17, 2024.
   
   
2. If you have changed your mind after cancelling your subscription plan and it's before your next scheduled billing cycle (October 17, 2024 from example above), refer to this article to renew your plan.
   
   
3. Once you have cancelled your subscription to MCA Suite, ALL your data will be purged. There will be no way to regain access to your data. 

To cancel your subscription, you must login to MCA Suite as a Workspace Owner. Click on your username on the top right-hand corner and select "Account Management" from the drop-down menu. If you do not see the "Account Management" option, it means you do not have rights to perform this task. 

From the Account Management page, locate the "Manage Subscription" button which will take you to the "Billing" page.

From the "Billing" page, select "Cancel Plan." This will take you to a verification page to confirm your decision to cancel your subscription to MCA Suite. 

To complete the cancellation process, click on "Cancel Plan." After you have clicked on "Cancel Plan," you will still have access to MCA Suite until the end of the billing cycle. You can also change your mind by updating your subscription.
