Deal Access Permission in MCA Suite means visibility; it determines if a registered user with access to the workspace see a particular Deal. Access Permission DOES NOT determine what task/function a user can or cannot do in the system.

Deal permissions can be set and changed between stages.

By default, all Deals created in MCA Suite are set to "Everyone" which means all system users can see the Deal. To restrict certain users from seeing the Deal, simply select "Custom" in the Access Permission area and type in the user you wish to grant access to see the Deal.

To change access permission on a Deal in the Lead stage, click on the "pencil" icon:

After clicking on the "pencil" icon, you will be taken to the Edit Lead page where you can select "custom" and type in the users you wish to grant access to view the Deal.

When the Deal is in the Application stage, you can click on the "pencil" icon to take you tot he Edit Application page:

On the Edit Application page, go to the "General" tab, find the Access Permission area and select "Custom." You can then select users by typing in their name or select from the dropdown fields.
