What is Deal Access Permission?

Created by MCA Suite Support Team, Modified on Sat, 11 Jan at 6:45 PM by MCA Suite Support Team

Deal access permission refer to the user's ability to access (see) the deal page. Deal Access Permission DOES NOT determine what an user can or cannot do once s/he has access to the deal. What a user can or cannot do is determined by MCA Suite System Roles

To set permissions, go to the Deal edit screen where you can allow EVERYONE to access the Deal or set custom permissions where you would choose individual users within your workspace to have access to the Deal.

When the Deal is in the Lead stage, you would click on the "Edit" button to edit the lead:

When you are in the Edit Lead screen, go to the bottom of the page to set access permission. In the example below, "Custom" is selected which means only "Stephanie Powers" and other users that are selected can access (view) the Deal.

When the Deal is in the Application stage, you would click on the "Edit" button to edit the Application:

When you are in the Edit Application screen, locate the General tab and go to the right side of the page to set access permission:
