How can I Change Multiple Applications' Permission?

With the right user role, you can go to the Application list page and select multiple applications by checking the boxes on the left hand side which will bring up a bulk action menu with buttons to "Change Permission."




Clicking on the "Change Permission" button will bring up a slide-out panel where you can select either: 



Access PermissionDefinition
EveryoneWhen selected, EVERYONE in your workspace will have the ability to access (view) the Application.
CustomWhen selected, you will be able to select one or several users from your workspace to have access to the Application.

After selecting the user(s) to have access to the Application, you will also need to determine if the selected users will either:

  1. Add Users to Existing Permissions - For example: John has access and you have added Mary and Robert. This action will lead to John, Mary and Robert will have a access to the Application.

    OR

  2. Replace Current User Permissions - For example: John has access and you have added Mary and Robert. This action will remove John's access to the Application and add Mary and Robert to have a access to the Application.
