How Do I Set Up Submission Guidelines?

Created by MCA Suite Support Team, Modified on Fri, 7 Mar at 12:06 AM by MCA Suite Support Team

First, you will need to set up Funder Matching Criteria in your CRM's Settings. This also allows you to choose the most relevant lending parameters/requirements for your Submissions process. Please note that the Funder Match feature will not be available unless the criteria is set up first.

Please refer to this article for information on how to configure Funder Matching Criteria.

Next, you will need to add Funder contacts to your system. Refer to this article for how to create a Funder in MCA Suite.

Once those steps are completed, you can set up Submission Guidelines for each Funder by going to the Funder Contact page and clicking the "View Submission Guidelines" link.

Clicking on the "View Submission Guidelines" link will direct you to a page where you can set parameters and details for the selected Funder.

These guidelines will be used to match against data in the Merchant's application to determine if the Merchant is a fit for the Funder.
