MCA Suite has the following system roles:
| System Role | Description |
| Administrator | User who is responsible for managing the Workspace. Also known as the owner. Can access all pages and features of the system, not affected by permissions. |
| Manager | A step below Administrator, has rights to manage the staff. Has all rights of an Admin except the ability to adjust or configure application settings. Not affected by permissions. |
| Agent | A restricted role focused on managing relationships with merchants. Has no administrative rights and can only view pages he/she has permission to access. Can add leads and applications, and can view submissions (but not send them). |
