What are the MCA Suite system roles?

MCA Suite has the following system roles: 


System RoleDescription
AdministratorUser who is responsible for managing the Workspace. Also known as the owner. Can access all pages and features of the system, not affected by permissions.
ManagerA step below Administrator, has rights to manage the staff. Has all rights of an Admin except the ability to access reports, or to adjust or configure application settings. Can send submissions. Not affected by permissions.
Team LeaderA user whose main role is to manage submissions. Team Leaders can access contacts, add new leads, create applications and send submissions. No access to reports or to administrative rights. Are affected by permission settings.
AgentA restricted role focused on managing relationships with merchants. Has no administrative rights and can only view pages he/she has permission to access. Can add leads and applications, and can view submissions but not send them. Has no access to contacts (only leads).
