How Do I Decline an Applicaton?

Users can decline any Deal before the Deal enters the Funded Stage. To set a Deal to "declined" when the merchant has started the application (while it is still in the Application Stage): 


Go to the Applications list page and look for the menu icon ("⋮"). Select "Decline App":



OR you can go directly to the Application Details page. Look for the menu icon ("⋮") and select "Decline App":





A slide-out panel will appear where you are required to select a Deal Status (from the Declined stage) and enter a note to provide more information for declining the lead. You can also choose to notify another user of this action by selecting a name from the "Notify" area. Clicking on the Decline button will complete the Application Decline process. 




After the Application has been declined, you can find the application in the "Declined" tab.


Users (with the right permissions) can restore the Application to its previous state by selecting Restore from the menu button.
