A Declined Lead or Application in MCA Suite is a Deal in the Declined Stage. Users can set any Deal to Decline before the Deal enters the Funded Stage. To set a Deal to Decline:
Go to the Leads list page and look for the "menu" icon and select Decline Lead:
Go to the Leads detail page and look for the "menu" icon and select Decline Lead:
A slide-out panel will appear where you are required to select a Deal Status (from the Declined stage) and enter a note to provide more information for declining the lead. You can also choose to notify another user of this action by selecting a name from the "Notify" area. Clicking on the Decline button will complete the Lead decline process.
After a Lead has been declined, you can find him/her in the "Declined" tab.
Users with the right permissions, can restore the Lead in its previous state by selecting Restore from the menu button.
