How Does Correspondence Work in MCA Suite?

MCA Suite Workspace Administrators can associate ONE email account to their MCA Suite workspace.


Refer to this article for details on how to link your email account to MCA Suite.


Once the designated email account has been linked to MCA Suite, all correspondence initiated from MCA Suite will be sent from the linked email account. MCA Suite will ignore all email messages from your linked email account if it did not originate from MCA Suite.


Emails sent from the MCA Suite will be captured and associated with the Deal from the Lead to Funded stages. 



There is also a Correspondence section tied to each Submission to help you track correspondences between you and various Funders. Correspondences between you and Funders can be found in the Correspondence Detail section of the Submissions page.
