Why Are Emails Not Appearing in MCA Suite Correspondence?

MCA Suite will only associate emails from your connected email account to MCA Suite Deals and Submissions when they originate from MCA Suite. (See this article for more info on how to connect your email account to MCA Suite)


MCA Suite will ignore all email messages from your connected email account if they did not originate from MCA Suite.


You can initiate an email from MCA Suite from the Deal > Correspondence section: 




You can also send Submission-specific correspondence from MCA Suite. You can initiate these emails from the Submission Detail > Correspondence section:
