An Administrator of a Workspace can create email templates to pre-populate subject and body of an email with boilerplate responses to be sent to recipients when you initiate an email from MCA Suite.

To create email templates, click on the Settings (cogwheel) icon:
From the settings page, click on the Email Template icon to be taken to the Email Template settings page:
From the Email Templates settings page, you can add, change, duplicate, or delete email templates.
When adding an email template, you will need to provide:
- Name which will appear as a dropdown to be selected in all Correspondence windows
- Subject which will auto-populate as a "Subject" in outbound emails
- Body which will auto-populate as the contents for outbound emails
