How Do I Reactivate an Inactive User?

You will need to be an Administrator to reactivate an inactive user (someone whose access has been revoked) in your workspace.


As an Administrator, click on your user name on the top right corner and select "Account Management."




From the Account Management page, locate and click on the "User Administration" button:  




The User Administration page will display a listing of users. Look for the entries with an "Invitation Status" = Inactive to identify the users who have their access revoked. 


To restore a user's access to your workspace, click on the "Arrow" icon to bring out a slide-out.




From the slide-out, click on "Reactivate Account." The user will receive an email from MCA Suite notifying him/her that s/he has been reactivated to use your workspace.
