Yes. In order to use the Funder Matching feature for your submissions, you will need to specify the funding parameters you want to use for matching.
Administrators can set up or change Funder Matching Criteria by going to the "Settings" page:
From the "Settings" page, select the "Funder Matching Criteria" tab:
The "Funder Matching Setup" page will allow you to select the specific criteria you want to use for matching Merchant applications against Funder Submission Guidelines (see this article for how to set Funder Submission Guidelines). Click on "Save" to save your changes.
Again, please note you are REQUIRED to set up at least some Funder Matching Criteria in order to use Funder Matching in the system. Submission Guideline pages will be blank unless the Funder Matching Criteria is configured first.
