When a Deal (lead or application) has been declined, they will appear in the Declined tab. You can still view information on the declined deal. However you will not be able to make any changes. To make changes to the declined deal, you will need to first restore the declined deal.
To restore the declined deal, locate it in the Declined tab. Once you have located the declined deal, click on the menu button (...) and select "Restore."
After selecting "Restore," the deal will be placed in its previous stage - either in the Leads or Applications tab.
